Great hosts and amazing food. I received the cooking class as a surprise present. It was a fantastic gift, great way to spend an evening and I learned some really useful tricks about cooking Indian cuisine.

Global College Australasia
I started studying in this college and I can say that they are very particular about the way things are done when they are teaching. It's good for those who are beginners in the industry. I particularly like Chef Sanjay since he is very knowledgeable.

Cookery Courses Perth WA | Commercial Cookery Courses | Certificate 3 & 4 commercial cookery
I was looking for some culinary courses in perth. I tried calling several institutions but none of them replied or received any from those. I got to know these people through one of my close friends. They assisted me throughout my admission procedure and helped me found a better training institute. One of the best consultancies for cooking courses in perth.

Global College Australasia
Global College Australasia is the best among all the colleges in WA. All the staff and lecturers are very helpful and friendly. The best chef among all is Chef Sanjay. The best thing about the college is the principal of the college, Mr James Rayne. He is very helpful and friendly with all the students. There’s no stress of any kind at all. All the people over here are very co-operative.

Thermomix
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I’d purchased from a store with an ethical refund policy because thermomix has treated its customers appallingly. Thousands of defective machines are out there in the market place and thermomix refuse to disclose the nature of the defect to customer satisfaction. What, exactly, is the defect on the recalled TM31s and how was the fix devised? Was there a manufacturing error? What went wrong that the machines can not be used as shown at demonstrations? Until we have these answers thermomix are still withholding vital information. Recall and refund all of the customers with this defective batch of machine and stop making hollow apologies that mean nothing to the people you have figuratively, literally and will potentially burn when the green seals wear out over time.

Chef Valentina
Chef Valentina is just incredible. She and her sous-chef Dario catered a 70th Birthday for us. Everything was perfect from start to finish -- the communication, the reliability, the friendly vibe, the stress-free evening, the timing of courses ... and of course the FOOD. Incredible menu, world class. What a way to celebrate without lifting a finger, other than to raise cutlery or perhaps a glass of merlot. Five stars (only because Google won't allow 6).

Perth BBQ School
** edit: one week later, all four of us are still waiting on the bbq notes emails which I could reply to as requested by the owner in the comments, if I knew the email address **I went to Perth BBQ School last Sunday for a Fundamentals of Charcoal class and after almost two months of anticipation and excitement waiting for the day, myself and three friends left there feeling disappointed and ripped off. The raving reviews about Gus might be true, but we had an instructor who struggled to make any sense and left us waiting for long periods (think two hours while meat cooked with no class interaction). There was no real direct instruction and no opportunity to actually cook, apart from some people made burger patties from mince. Questions were answered with disdain and didn’t make much sense. Other cooking schools actually get you involved rather than just hanging around waiting for six hours for meat to cook. At the end of the day, while everyone was eating, the instructor shouted goodbye and left - ten minutes later we saw him in the car park sitting in his car. We thought we were the only ones who couldn’t wait for the day to be over but it seemed the instructor felt the same way too.Let’s now talk about the state of the venue - it felt unsanitary. Rubbish was piled up inside and out which was an unappetising mess. The toilet (filthy at the beginning of the day) was right next to the kitchen. The outdoor area wasn’t much better with rubbish piled up and cobwebs on bbq’s.To sum up, to pay $175 each for such an abysmal class in a filthy venue felt like robbery. Next time we’ll take our $700 and head to the local butcher, get some sides (do you know what they are?) and watch “Smoking Dad BBQ” on YouTube for some real BBQ tips because that would be a much better investment in our time and money.
