Shikisai Japanese Cooking Class
Just finished a one-on-one Soy and Mirin cooking class. Kyoko was a great teacher, very knowledgeable and patient. She gave me heaps of information on how to cook with soy and mirin and I can't wait to try things for myself. Will be going back for more in the near future. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in learning the basics of Japanese cooking.

I got bought this from my mum, I was sceptical at first but realised it was a great way to start my dive into Japan's culture and I was right to think so!This course was some of the most fun I've had. In high school I hated all my cooking classes but this is one of the best ones out there 6/5 stars

As a family we booked a private session to learn the basics of Japanese cooking and flavours. It was amazing. We all learnt so much which we have already put into practice. I would highly recommend this to others.

It was a great class. Our teacher was very passionate about teaching us and professional. We made many dishes which were extremely enjoyable and we are definitely going there again for more.

Had a fun mirin and soy sauce class. Interesting insights into Japanese food and culture. Kyoko is a lovely teacher and with simple priniciples for making delicious meals. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Learnt how to make sushi, and Kyoko was an excellent teacher. Learnt not only about sushi, but Kyoko informed us of the traditions and history behind the food. You can't ask for a better teacher, kind, patient and very informative. Explains the why's behind the processes, not just the steps themselves. Sensational experience and sensational food,definitely worth a visit. Will be back for more classes!!!

Kyoko is a great authentic Japanese cooking teacher. We thoroughly enjoyed our private class with her. Make sure you bring along a big empty container for all the food you will make. Highly recommend.

Just had a great morning learning some basics. My 12yo daughter and I absolutely loved it. Kyoko is a fantastic teacher and we will absolutely be back again to learn some more.
