My cousin and I spent the day learning to bake three different types of European cakes with many elements each. Patrick is a delight as a teacher. Even though some of the steps are complicated, Patrick gives you the time to learn each skill. Best part was all the cakes we took home to our family and friends.

Fantastic experience. Patrick is a great instructor who really loves what he does. No question I asked was too basic, and I came away with some great skills and deeper understanding of how to make some great sweets and amazing savory dishes as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in any of the courses they teach.

Imagine learning how to make honey cake & Nonnettes from scratch in just 4hrs! If you always found honey cakes too sweet, you will love this recipe.Patrick is a great teacher who is down to earth & humorous. Classes are fun and well supported, taking away with you great tips, beautiful finished products that tastes amazing!

If you like baking and have ever considered a course at this school I would thoroughly recommend that you give it a go. I did the Artisan Bread course which is a great introduction to bread. You also come home with arms full of bread which is great if you need to feed an army!!! You also get the recipes and an apron to take home. Patrick is wonderful and has great anecdotes. The day went really quickly.

Did a couple of classes with Chef Patrick, the last one being Russian Honey Cake , it was an amazing experience, easy to understand, in depth techniques and best of all, the cake tastes divine. Highly recommended.
